- Hamilton County: Hamilton County Government Center, 2848 State Route 8, Lake Pleasant
- Jefferson County: Jefferson County Government Center, 175 Arsenal Street, Watertown
- Lewis County: Lewis County Government Center, 7660 State Route 12, Lowville
- Oswego County: Oswego County Government Center, 4607 State Route 104, Oswego
