MPS Appoints Seasoned Technology Leader, Parminder Johal, to its Board of Directors
Industry Veteran to Support MPS's Growth and Innovation Journey
KIRKLAND, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) (NASDAQ: MPWR), a leading global provider of power solutions, today announced the appointment of Parminder K. Johal to its board of directors, effective January 5, 2023. Mr. Johal is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
Mr. Johal has held various leadership positions at Broadcom Inc. and its predecessor companies, Avago Technologies and LSI Corporation. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Broadcom's Compute and Connectivity Division. Prior to that, he led Broadcom's Wireless Connectivity Division.
Mr. Johal brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in strategic planning, product development, and global operations to the MPS board. He has a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in the semiconductor industry. His deep understanding of the technology landscape and his strong business acumen will be valuable assets to MPS as the company continues to expand its product portfolio and global footprint.
