No. 13 Indiana rallied from a 14-point deficit to stun No. 2 Ohio State 38-31 Saturday night in Columbus. The Hoosiers' victory is their first in Columbus since 1988 and their first win over the Buckeyes since 1987.
The Hoosiers took a 31-24 lead with 12:30 remaining in the fourth quarter on a 10-yard touchdown run by quarterback Michael Penix Jr. The Buckeyes answered with a touchdown of their own, but the Hoosiers stopped the two-point conversion attempt to maintain a 31-30 lead.
Indiana then drove the ball down the field and added to its lead with a 33-yard field goal by Charles Campbell with 2:27 remaining. The Hoosiers' defense then forced a three-and-out and took over on downs with 1:42 remaining. Indiana ran out the clock to secure the victory.
