Goodfellas actor visited The Goole Boathouse for Father's Day
Peaky Blinders star Stephen Graham left a lasting impression on staff and customers at a Goole restaurant where he stopped in for Father's Day.
The 49-year-old actor and his family dined at The Goole Boathouse on Sunday 19 June and, according to owner Beverley Hogg, couldn't have been more pleasant.
Beverley said: "He came in with his wife and children for their Father's Day meal and stayed for about two hours, enjoying a roast dinner with vegetables. He chatted happily with everyone who came up to him, saying how beautiful Goole was and what a lovely meal he was having. The customers and staff all thought he was really down to earth and friendly, and the staff were really excited to be serving him. He's a really genuine man and made time for everyone that wanted to have a chat."
Stephen is known for his roles as Al Capone in the TV series Boardwalk Empire and Andrew "Combo" Parisi in the film This Is England, as well as portraying Tommy Shelby's gangland rival Billy Kitchen in Peaky Blinders.
Beverley added: "He was just a really nice bloke, really down to earth and friendly. He said he'd come back soon, so we're all looking forward to seeing him again."
