Andy Carroll: A Top-Flight Journeyman
Early Career
Born in 1989, Andy Carroll began his career with Newcastle United, progressing through their youth system and making his first-team debut in 2006. He quickly impressed with his physicality and aerial prowess, earning a move to Liverpool in 2011 for a then-club-record fee.
Liverpool
At Liverpool, Carroll struggled to live up to expectations, managing just 11 goals in 58 appearances over two seasons, as injuries hampered his progress. Despite this, he was part of the Liverpool squad that won the 2012 League Cup.
West Ham United
